Kyle Burtnett, CEO of Headlands Research, stated: “At Headlands Research, our goal remains the same: to improve clinical research and accelerate therapeutic development. I am confident that our new site, under Dr Ryan Casey’s leadership, will help support this goal, getting innovative treatments to a population historically left out of clinical research.”

Dr Ryan Casey, PI at Headlands Research El Paso, further commented: “I’m thrilled to support the Headlands Research mission by serving a population I have long been committed to. It’s an exciting time in our site network ’s journey, and I look forward to contributing to valuable research and impacting the lives of participants and their families. The opening of our El Paso site comes at a time when regulatory bodies are urging pharmaceutical companies to prioritise representativeness. We are happy to continue our commitment to recruiting and retaining diverse, representative participant populations.”
