Business and technology consultancy HERAX Life Science has been acquired by ProductLife Group (PLG).

The Denmark-based company is well known in the region for aiding life sciences companies in digitalising its clinical and business processes, as well as providing other technical and IT solutions.

According to the press release, PLG aims for this acquisition to help improve the company’s digital R&D and IT capabilities and offerings, reaffirming its goal of accelerating drug discovery while ensuring high standards of efficacy and compliance. It marks the second recent acquisition by PLG in the region, with Pharma IT having been previously acquired in 2022.
